Wait on though, they're all acronyms for the thousands of quangos, consultant bodies, bloated committees, local council lobbies, pension expectancies, expenses claims, paper-clip counters, hangers-on, hangers-off, husbands/wives as assistants, porno film order forms, John Lewis returns for cash (no questions asked), subscriptions to obscure organisations which are paid to do bugger all, travel perks with someone else's spouse, perks with someone else's spouse, someone elses's spouse, Elsie's spouse, and groups of nonentities such as these
