"Transactional Behaviour To Maintain Income"

Always nice to encounter a new coinage, and Liam Fox has come up with a beaut, on the subject of Mr Werrity and his remarkable stalking habits:

"He was not dependent on any transactional behaviour to maintain his income"

Well I certainly am. But perhaps Mr W has a substantial inheritance, or made a fortune in a previous existence: we don't know. Or maybe someone simply keeps him in the style to which he is accustomed.

Then again, he does seem quite entrepreneurial, doesn't he ? Setting up all those consultancies, and generally rushing around. Perhaps that's just for fun.

Anyhow, it's back to the transactional dependency-behaviours for me.

"transactional behaviour" = dirty business?

I sometimes have to resort to transexual behaviour to maintain my income too. I sympathise with Mr Werrit entirely.

Oh sorry. Did I misread ???

That is indeed a beauty of a euphemism, problem is, we have no idea what it means beyond what Blue Eyes says above. And in turn, there's a rule of thumb that it's only true if they deny it.

Have looked into this further, and apparently he does it to make ends meet ...

N.B. Word verification for this one is "coffer".

interestingly, the BBC news last night reported that while most of the Cabinet arrived at yesterday's meeting through the Downing Street entrance, "Mr Fox used the back door"

It is curious that when Reynard was shadow health secretary, Werritty was into health, and now Reynard is Minister of Defence, Werritty is also involved in the defence industry, looks like Werritty is just Reynard's shadow.

I did hear that Amanda Fox and Liam Knox have been found not guilty. If there is a connection, I think we should be told.
