The Simpletons

Compo:

Guido unexpectedly put a response comment on  "Comment of the day."
Done too quick for real thought. Only really happy with Flanders and Poochie.
I would have added Patty and Selma as the Eagle's sisters.
And someone had Diamond 'Joe' Quimby as Boris, which is a good spot.
And 'Fat' Tony as Ed Balls.

Ned Flanders – Clegg
Lisa Simpson – Natalie Bennett
Milhouse – Hilary Benn
Martin Prince – Andy Burnham
Edna Krabappel – Luciana Berger
Crazy Cat Lady – Glenda jackson
Comic book guy – John Prescott
Carl – Chucka
Lenny – Philip Hammond
Willie – Eric joyce
Poochie – Gordon Brown
Reverend Lovejoy – Tony Blair

Sure we can do better.
Your best Simpson characters as political and business leaders into the comments

I thought the joke was tired before Ed M even made it.

Ed Miliband - professor Frink.
Sure sounds like him.

Is this a TV based question? Unfair for those of us who are TV-differently_abled. I shall complain to that nice money-differently-abled Ms Hodge, so there.

Its the Simpsons budgie. you must have seen them. Top comedy for over 20 years.

BE: Very behind the times joke. Even Angry Birds would have been a bit old.

Frink for Miliband.- I concur.
now, who is Whealan Smithers?

Bill, you speak in some form of parliamentary language I can't get a line on - or is it Londinium? :) Keep it simple for those o' oos oop north.

I have to concur with budgie - I can't rake part because I have never watched an episode of the Simpsons. But I did have a go at angry birds about a year ago!

I loved the simpsons in its heyday. Some very funny episodes; eg. who remembers the Canyonero 4x4 vehicle?
Anyway, my contributions for lookelikee, or behaveelikee is Ken Livingstone as Mr Burns. And actually I think Rod and Tod would make good milliband brothers.
On another theme, I call Hazel Blears as Honeybooboo.
